All marks are flat source art on the shared plate - Tahoe's Liquid Glass adds the material, and dark, mono and tinted variants come from the same layers. The picked mark gets the two-pipeline build (classic .icns + Tahoe .icon) wired into the repo, replacing the stock Tauri icon, plus the matching menu bar glyph.
